By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Personalised Products

All personalised items are made to order using the details provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all names, dates, messages, spelling, and uploaded images are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Full payment must be received before orders are processed.

4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Product Appearance

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Minor variations are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content remain our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

8. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our products.
