Return Policy
As all of our items are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your item has been printed or produced.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, photos and personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as we print exactly what is submitted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-Personalised Items
If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
